Yet another case of parking eye losing in court, this time in Bristol. And it's the one prankster mentioned earlier.

When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.

Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

    Yes you heard it right

    Parking eye lost yet again today, this time in derby county court.
    The judge didn't believe they had the authority to bring the claim. Parking eye's Perry Mason wanted to adjourn the claim to get the evidence, but the defendant said they wanted it over and done with. The judge agreed, and award them costs inc loss of earnings and parking.

    Apparently they didn't have to say much, the judge just going on at the LPC rep.

    Hasn't been a good day for Parking Eye today then by all accounts - how many black eyes is it?

    Another Bristol loss - it really must be this vendetta you know.

    Plus the news of the result in from POPLA appeal upheld no GPEOL for a free car park. Lainiee's case - OH dear me...

    Capita really should be asking Parking Eye's directors for their money back.

    It is always a good idea to ask who at court is representing the actual landowner in the case.
    Given the stupidity of the lawyers they send from the agency of unemployable lawyers they will problly pipe up " I am" at which you can ask can they prove right of audience by way of documentation, contract or other.
    By now, they are about "in it" as far as they can get.

    I've recently been doing some investigating of my own about PE - it turns out that the most recent director, who is also a director of Capita, has invested heavily into a business a few yards from me - quite close to home!! Lets hope he comes to my hearing when it is announced!!!!!
