Hi, I've recently sent the letters to my bank from this website to claim my bank charges back.
Last letter I wrote was to say if my charges weren't paid back to me I'll take them to court.
I haven't heard anything since from my bank that was about a month ago. Last letter recieved from bank was saying the charges that were charged to me were fair charges and I can't claim them back, is this one way of the bank to try and get themselves out of paying them back or is it true?
If they are trying to get out of it can anybody give me some advice on how to take them to court?
Thanks very much
Jenny
