I would certainly be wanting to have the cost of the HPI check reimbursed and the car dropped off with a full tank etc.
Push them for a few things. If you don't ask you don't get. Whilst it is nice they've sorted it, beyond dropping the car off to they complete the sale a bit faster I'm not seeing a lot in the way of recompense for the hassle.What if there was no such thing as a rhetorical question?0 -
Was told on Saturday morning: ‘Yes, if you can pay balance by BACS we are more than happy to deliver car upon receipt of confirmation from Santander or Arnold Clark.’
No update since yesterday, the guy dealing with it is off today.Called Santander again to see if anything's changed on their system, they still claim they have interest in the vehicle.
Nobody else in the office is dealing with this so I won't hear until tomorrow.0
