    Good Morning :)

    Mum rang me last night I am taking curtains down today and putting back up. I am sure its not a month since I last did this :(

    I am just glad I can reach and don't need a stepladder or I would be nearly fainting I hate going up ladders and start shaking and sweating this wouldn't go well with the warmth in mums flat.

    Even though its quite nice out central heating will be on in mums flat. :(

    Mum lives in Anchor Housing association residential flat for over 55's and central heating gets turned off about a month in every year :eek:

    I could live in the residential block they have empty places and I am old enough :eek: :rotfl::rotfl:but me and Poppy wouldn't like living there we are happy in my house .

    I know what you mean. We do some work in various homes, the latest one is one for people with dementia, I end up sweating like a pig. If I lived in one of those I would be permanently asleep!
    What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare

    Flumps are awesome.

    When placing a flump on the SS packing area...does anyone else place it with a reasonable amount of downward force....just to make sure the scales detect some form of a weight change? Thus, preventing the dreaded 'please place item in bagging area' voice prompt.

    :o:rotfl::o

    my small store never has flumps:( but did get some in wilkos for 5p each would never have brought them before using them as a filler:D when i get to bigger stores

    Get some hot honey and lemon in yourself, hope your sore throat sods off soon x

    I'm gonna hit Sada and m+s today. I'm well happy with yesterday's bargains so I'm off to repeat them again today. The rose wine and millionaires shortcake is indeed a lush combo :D
