I don't know about carb cravings as such but I found I was hungry all the time like it was hormonal or something, I was the same when I had a mirena coil fitted a few years ago - soon got rid of that and I went back to normal. You could give it a try and see if it works for you. You can get them online :)

It regulates the blood sugars so I guess it's the same thing although I wasn t deliberately seeking sugary foods but any food lol

    Flumps are awesome.

When placing a flump on the SS packing area...does anyone else place it with a reasonable amount of downward force....just to make sure the scales detect some form of a weight change? Thus, preventing the dreaded 'please place item in bagging area' voice prompt.

    :o:rotfl::o

I do this, I'm usually seen throwing the flump downward to the bagging area as its the first thing I scan :D
I usually do it with all 10p sweets as I find most of them tend to set the prompt off :(

Good morning all, sunny here :D

Actually a fairly free day here, gotta find a soup to make and make some break, and empty the ashes out of the incinerator, and a few other bits and bobs.

    Good Morning :)

Mum rang me last night I am taking curtains down today and putting back up. I am sure its not a month since I last did this :(

I am just glad I can reach and don't need a stepladder or I would be nearly fainting I hate going up ladders and start shaking and sweating this wouldn't go well with the warmth in mums flat.

Even though its quite nice out central heating will be on in mums flat. :(

Mum lives in Anchor Housing association residential flat for over 55's and central heating gets turned off about a month in every year

I could live in the residential block they have empty places and I am old enough  :rotfl::rotfl:but me and Poppy wouldn't like living there we are happy in my house .

FC your stories about your DS crack me up :)
Me and DD were walking home Thursday night and there was a lad walking in front of us with his trackies hanging down low. His rude boy walk wasnt quit being pulled off though as he had to keep pulling then up to stop them from falling right down :rotfl:
Me and DD were in hysterics :D
I wonder what your DS would day if he saw it.

Yes I've got the remnants of 2 houses in our loft - my m-I-l who dies about 7 years ago and my Dads house plus some memory box stuff from eldest child who left home 8 years ago and all of eldest sons possessions as he moves with his job and does not have his own place, not for a good few years yet.

someone once said how nice it would be just to leave the house, lock the door and start all over again in a new house, leaving all the clutter behind. In a way he did that, not long after he died so he did move to a new clutter free house :)

if i won the lotto id give my house content to the first person who walked passed as i was on my way to collect my millions;)

im moving in 4 weeks and id love nothing more than to just leave it all and buy new:o might be cause im buying new boy things for this baby and im over excited at any thing blue green or has a dinosaur
