And yet another request, those still doing the 5-2 how's it going?
I'm really stuck with slimming world and need to change, not really lost anything this year, struggle for two weeks then end up eating a box of clocks cos I'm fed up.
Thinking about the 5-2 again, any tips please.?

    I should be doing 5:2 but I'm not :o

I'm looking at going low carb again for a few weeks until my hols.

I needed something drastically different for my body to give it a kick start. I lost 9lbs in 3 weeks :D

You got the Onken Yogurts after the comparable one of them had gone up in price?

You put SP Garlic Baguette on a Sainsbury's comp. instead of comparing it on a shop vs T? (For all of 3.2 pence and would have had to buy another shop, with a further 8+ items, separately to go vs T for that.)

You bought the wrong Frosties at the wrong time?

You bought the Cheesecakes in A, rather expensive, rather than buying the Eday Value 3 pack version in T instead?

Who (in other words which competitor) were you intending to compare against on your APG?

TIA. And my apologies for being so strident and rude on the cheesecakes! You did excellently on the Nutri-grains (although you didn't ask about that - you only asked what you did wrong:rotfl:).

I nipped to b&q earlier for some greenhouse stuff.

A 5ft date palm tree fell into a random trolley that was left there, found its way to the car and into the front seat

It even put its seat belt on :rotfl: :rotfl:

And my debit card jumped into the chip and pin machine and entered my PIN number to allow £20 to be debited from my account ;)

    Damn those tree fairies :rotfl:

My other date palm is called Mike. This one is gonna be Mildred :D

Coul someone tell me if nutris working, if so which ones? TIA

It looks like it's Blueberry and Strawberry (although it's been working on and off). Also Apple, as long as you only get a maximum of one of those (and the total of the non-Apple versions you buy then being an odd number, to make it 2 for £3s across the board).

That's the kind of kick up the proverbial I need.
Was that doing it yourself or following some kind of diet?
