And yet another request, those still doing the 5-2 how's it going?
I'm really stuck with slimming world and need to change, not really lost anything this year, struggle for two weeks then end up eating a box of chocolates cos I'm fed up.
Thinking about the 5-2 again, any tips please.?

Many thanks Karlie, yea I'm ok, just can see myself doing the same thing day in day out for the next ten years, and working in disability is not the 'sexy' exciting end of the job. But it makes you feel less skilled and less respected.
Need a change methinks before I get stale and/or angry.

Just as a wee note, as a filler basics cola is 17p in every chain & TBH it's actually pretty nice (albeit it isn't coke) but it is nice
