i ordered some birthday presents for DS3's birthday on friday & they arrived on monday crushed to bits in a jiffy bag!!:mad:
i emailed them & they said return to store for a refund or post back to them & they would then send replacements to which i replied i wouldn't get replacements in time  they then emailed saying they were sending replacements by next day delivery & to post originals back to them within 30 days so i though all was sorted  then today the replacements arrived in a jiffy bag again crushed & ripped!!! i'm fuming!!!:mad::mad:
rubbish service i would take a photo of the packaging and item and email them insisting on a full refund they should not send items out if they do not want to package them properly0
