    I was sort of considering an online complaint just so that the store gets retraining/reminding of the T DTD policy and they maybe get told to display the policy too. This particular store is not being fair on their muggle customers (I am big enough, daft enough and educated in the dark arts of the Elite to fend for myself... Most of the time).

    I'd complain and if they question the refund, I'd justify it by saying you had to take a refund as the CS staff didn't understand or adhere to their own rules and embarrassed you into accepting in front of other customers.
