I tried that yesterday but got nowhere. They explained someone was supposed to have changed the labels, left me standing like a lemon at a CS, went and changed the labels with the yellow override labels, refunded me my sale ... Stuck two yellow RTC labels on my two joints in front of me and said they would now charge me the right price .

I did try explaining THEIR DTD policy to them but he claimed it didn't apply. As a queue behind me I said to leave it. No sign of the blue T policy board near CS either.

Not sure whether to bother complaining? That store clearly have their own rules!

Very selfishly DD2 is insisting on having a birthday.

I would call Cs and explain what happened. They'll give you dtd and extra comp on a moneycard (assuming you didn't accept a refund )
