    I tried that yesterday but got nowhere. They explained someone was supposed to have changed the labels, left me standing like a lemon at a CS, went and changed the labels with the yellow override labels, refunded me my sale ... Stuck two yellow RTC labels on my two joints in front of me and said they would now charge me the right price :(.

    I did try explaining THEIR DTD policy to them but he claimed it didn't apply. As a queue behind me I said to leave it. No sign of the blue T policy board near CS either.

    Not sure whether to bother complaining? That store clearly have their own rules!

    You could phone CS at HO and ask if their policy has changed on when you are overcharged. When they say that it hasn't, explain what happened and ask if they can phone the store to let them know that the policy should have applied. They may offer to tell the branch to refund you or more likely, offer to send you a GC. I have found that it is better to 'ask their advice' rather than 'complain', iykwim. It depends on whether you mind if your profile is raised or not. I would only take that route if it had happened at a branch that I don't use on a regular basis or if the cs was rude or a big trout. Then a request to HO for an emailed clarification of their 'if things don't add up' policy as the branch cs confused you when you were overcharged. Remember to thank the HO CS for their help (works wonders as they usually get 'angry' calls).
    When you get your email, make sure that you have it on you the next time that you are overcharged. Hopefully the trout will be on cs. When he/she starts to spout that it's not an overcharge etc etc wait until he/she has stopped talking and then wait another 15 seconds, without replying. Then calmly advise he/she that you were confused :o on a previous time when you were overcharged, so you contacted HO and they kindly sent you an emailed clarification of their 'if things don't add up' policy. (Said in a Sybil Faulty voice, oh, I know etc - only if you can keep a straight face) Show the email. Should have the desired effect, if not politely ask to speak to the manager over their policy. Golden rule is to be polite and stay calm.

    It's your call on whether it's worth it to raise your profile. There are 'two ways to skin a cat' if you'll pardon the phrase.

    Remember that the Disney promo will be ending in a couple of weeks. ;)

    Tomorrow is a RL day for me, so it is unlikely that I will be able to visit my local A. It is my daughter's birthday (she will be 8) and watching her have an amazing day is far more important than any glitch will ever be.

    No pressure then DeeDee..:rotfl::rotfl:

    Sorry guys. Good luck..:):)
