In the meantime has anyone any advice re virgin wi fi. It's already installed at daughters new flat - maybe its fibre, is there a way of telling?
What deals can she get, just needs wi fi in the flat esp evenings and weekends.
She was with talktalk but they wanted to spring an engineer on her with no appointment and he wanted to spend 3 hours drilling holes in the walks that the new landlord said were never beer to have any holes in so she told talktalk to take a walk
