Yes I have checked deleted messages, we have had a new laptop, and a lot of messages seem to have disappeared, not sure how though. Unfortunately, we dont do online banking with the credit card, I know we should, but havent got round to it

Do you not have a current account as well? Because the credit card details would be listed online with that. Otherwise, I guess you can try calling, but I'm doubtful whether they'd give you any information. Normally it's the customer who has to give away all their details in order to be 'verified', including the name of their first pet, their favourite colour and the size of their big toe :rotfl:

OH has a current account, but with a different bank to what the credit card is with, I am guessing they will ask all sorts of details, just really annoyed with myself, because I cant see how why I have deleted the confirmation email.

Can anyone give me some advice, we purchased some bathroom items last tuesday from a firm online, around £200.00, somehow I have deleted the confirmation email from them, but we have still not received the items, and I have no idea the name of the company that we got it from. We paid on credit card, If we ring N/Wide up, will they be able to give us the name of the firm???

Are you on Hotmail or Outlook ? If you are you can recover deleted messages.

Gosh my head is spinning with all these savings things.
Is it right that I can open 6 FD current accounts and put £2000 in each and have to put in £500 a month in each one for a moment and then will get 5% interest

Also would setting up DD from a halifax reward account to feed the FD account(s), does that count as a DD to get the £5 a month reward?

    tia :)

    6 FD current accounts?

    Huh?

Do you mean Nationwide's FD current account?

No, you wouldn't want/can't have 6 FD accounts. Think you mean TSB Classic Plus as that's the only account that requires £500pm and has a £2K limit.

You can open 2 individual each and 2 joint. You can't set up a DD from Reward to TSB, you either have to use a 'proper' DD or set one up to yourself via a savings account/paypal etc

Had to have a little wry smile on Sunday when my local T had loads of ES Amaretto on top shelf with yellow 'Known Overstock' label on them :whistle::whistle:
