Can anyone give me some advice, we purchased some bathroom items last tuesday from a firm online, around £200.00, somehow I have deleted the confirmation email from them, but we have still not received the items, and I have no idea the name of the company that we got it from. We paid on credit card, If we ring N/Wide up, will they be able to give us the name of the firm???

This is going to sound stupid, but have you thoroughly checked your deleted messages? Mine keeps my deleted items for 2 weeks before they're gone for good, so you might still have it? Otherwise, if you check online banking, the credit card statement should show who the money has been paid/allocated to.

have you checked you computer history, thats what i do?

Yes I have checked deleted messages, we have had a new laptop, and a lot of messages seem to have disappeared, not sure how though. Unfortunately, we dont do online banking with the credit card, I know we should, but havent got round to it

Yes, we cleared all the history on the wednesday, because we were trying to do something on quidco, and it wouldnt register properly, so we cleared all cookies and its not on there.
