So if me and OH opened up 6 accounts over the next month with £2000 in each could I then use the £500 that I put into the first one opened, to trans into the second, then a few days later take it out and put into the third one and continue this way using the same £500 for all six accounts, then rinse and repeat for the rest of the year?

    You've got the idea:D.

It's depressing, we have been saving for last few years now, first for our wedding which is done and paid for :j then our house which we are slowing getting sorted, then want to start on plan of attack for the mortgage luckily DH cleared his debts when he first met me so we are starting a fresh but feel like we are 10 - 5 years behind everyone else :(. The thought of children scares me financially but if we are focused enough we should be ok (lalala :rotfl: ) no fancy baby stuff for us, one of our friends went out and just spent £600 on baby furniture  I nearly fell of my chair, they then proceeded to moan about money!

You're doing it the right way.

I was a teenager when I was first pregnant, and had 5 kids in my care when I was 24/25. I remember when we first lived together paying the bills and having £15 to survive on for the month. I never bought anything new until my third, when I bought a pack of vests!! Last of the big spenders! Whilst, I would not change a thing, I would never recommend this life for anyone, and would not want my kids to live the same life.

I love the idea that you have planned and worked things out, enjoy x

    But what about the cake?

Tiny, if you use your JL cards aren't you guaranteeing you can continue to get free cake?

Thought I read it somewhere about them requiring you to spend a certain amount in a certain period? Not sure as unfortunately don't have an JL near me.

    Might be worth considering?

Was one of the deciding factors in my original post. ;)

Not sure how true it is that you need to spend to get more vouchers but hopefully will secure some more for me. :o

All ordered went with JL. :D
