Unfortunately the one I was preparing I was using directly from an email attachment....I should have "saved as" first. Four hours later just as the document is complete it disappears. Then spent another hour talking to our IT desk who tell me it can't be located. I could have wept:o
Not looking forward to doing it all again tomorrow:o
Sorry if already posted but these docs usually live in user files, it's odd that your IT dept couldn't find them. One way that might work is to select the start icon at the bottom left corner of your screen. A box will pop up showing the last few program's you've used. Hover over the program, and an arrow will appear to the right of the icon, hover or select the arrow (I can't remember which offhand) and a list of the most recent documents will appear, open the one you want and then 'save as'. I hope this works for you."We have to be kind because everyone is fighting a great, great battle" - Sir Richard Attenborough

Have found this about service conditions so looks like JL might compare adding the delivery?
Comparing 'service conditions'
This means we compare how we sell the product to how it is sold by the competitor to ensure it's comparable. We particularly look at stock availability, delivery charges and fitting/installation services

Tried to get them to price match after the event. AO.com put the price down by £10 but they are online only so they would not match them, so effectively I have paid £10 for an extra year's guarantee, but I am happy I bought from JL because they have a good reputation for CS and an extra year of guarantee without having to argue could be worth a lot. What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -
