Think I have decided on the fridge I posted link for earlier. :D

Now do I order it with free delivery from JL for £200, and will get a £5 gift voucher from My John Lewis card and hopefully still free coffee and cake again. ;) Plus 2 year guarantee. :T

    OR

From Boots for £180 with £19.99 delivery with a £10 off code :D and £7.20 Advantage card points :T and only 1 year guarantee.

    Let the voting commence. :o

Definitely JL, for the Customer Service should anything go wrong.

if you went back and opened the attachment on the original email and clicked "save as" but didn't do anything....it might tell you the temporary internet file location where it saves such files to

that's how I've recovered from similar situations ;)

Honestly aau....IT tried everything. They accessed my computer remotely and were on about an hour trying to locate it. The only thing I can't understand is that I saved the document at regular intervals so where did it go?
I was told not to work from email attachments as they can be unstable:o

    I hate these dilemmas :o

I got all excited it was only £180 on Boots. Think was about £230 Argos. Stupidly I should have ordered it yesterday from T there were couple of Direct codes expiring then. :o

I went for JL for the same price as everyone else at the time, the 2 year guarantee swayed me :D

So I ring them E? And ask them to price match? And they won't worry about Boots delivery cost which would be added?

    Novice here. :o
