Glitches aside, I always buy Typhoo Onecups, in 100's, from Poundland / 99p Store etc. Proper branded tea, and good for 2 cups each at least :money:

Quite a few on here drink Sainsbobs fair trade tea bags at 27p for 80. Can get 2 out of these too. Tastes really nice and I hate other own brand teas. Htg

    Good morning everyone :)

I have lost an evoucher for £20:eek:

Wanted to do a home delivery last night, just a normal shop for the weekend. I amended my order before 11pm and went to checkout, got a message about not being able to use an evoucher this time and now its gone :( so I cancelled it. Im stuck at home still poorly and have no milk for a cuppa. Very annoyed.
Has this happened to anyone before ?

Sorry cant help, never done a CC :eek:

HI all not read for a few days so about 70 pages behind
am looking for some advice, have a booked a holiday but haven't took the travel insurance with thomsons, have looked around and checked out a few recommended sites but if there was an act of nature such as ash cloud again or a sand storm ( that stops flights) they don't cover it.
have tried flexicover who were the cheapest but they have poor reviews should u need to claim. (they also don't cover acts of nature)
don't know what to do any1 ever bought n used cover could recommend have looked on the travel thread. plz know how amazing u all are.
Have only ever claimed once, but that was with Flexicover and they paid out. A long story, but my mum was taken ill on her own holiday in Spain which meant that I had to delay my holiday (was due to go to France). Flexicover paid out no problem, whereas my mum had no end of trouble with her insurance - booked with Thomsons, but Thomsons insurance was actually AXA at the time, not sure what they use now. This was about 6 years ago though. HTH.

I know gambling is not for everyone, BUT, many will put a bet on the National tomorrow anyway. Topcashback has William Hill offering £21 cashback for just £10 deposited and placed. Dont use the code for a free bet, as that could invalidate your cashback.

So the way I see it is the £10 I would have probably stuck on a horse anyway earns me £11 in cashback, and I have stuck £1 e/way on 5 horses (William hill only pay out up to 4th place though, not 5th place as others do) so if one comes in I am even more on top.

Eurgh about to drive to Tottenham Court Road and back - in theory 30 minutes each way, in reality probably over 2 hours for a round trip before I drive to Nottinghamshire later. So grateful this 24 day stint is nearly over! Laters

    morning all :hello:

no dishwasher :( & DS1 is away for the weekend so will have to wash up myself :( really hope he doesn't get the job he's being interviewed for today as he'll be moving away & then i'll have to wash up all the time  (he does washing up as part of his housekeeping ;)

I feel your pain, youngest was always the dryer upper when he was at home and I was the washer upper.
Now he has left home I am still washer upper but OH thinks its below his dignity to dry dishes although he gets around to partially doing it maybe the next day. He does not actually put every item of crockery or cutlery away, just a select few.
Yes OH is chief cook but only because he likes to do the glamorous manly jobs - washing up and drying up are not glamorous or manly.

Youngest son was home for a few days last month and as I was washing up he came along and automatically dried up and put things away in one very slick easy operation - I miss this :)
