Good morning everyone... Advise needed please, if anybody has any knowledge of satisfield defaults on their credit files? I have one which has been on my credit for 6 years and is due to come off on the 25th April. Does anyone know if this will automatically come off on this date? Or if it's a whole after? Or will have I have to contact people to get it taken off? Any advise would be greatly received. Thanks

The default should be removed 6 years from the date it defaulted (not the date it was settled), this *should* be automatic.

If it isn't removed by the appropriate date, then you can contact the credit reference agency to have it taken off manually.

There are 3 agencies, experian, equifax and call credit, so make sure you catch them all :)

EDIT, just seen your other question. It can take up to a month for the agencies to do their refresh before you see that it's gone.

Really glad you asked this question as I'm waiting for my debts to be written off. Its over 6 years now since I defaulted but I was under the impression that it had to be 6 years of no contact? I moved and stopped paying in May 2009 and have ignored all contact since. The last letter I received was about 1.5 years ago so does this mean I'm statute barred now or is it best to wait until May 2015 before applying for credit again? TIA

we dont have a dishwasher and as such I am the washer and OH the drier...we have a standing jpke that its 10 mins of quality time we always get to spend together in the evenings!

that is exactly the point I make to OH about the 10 mins quality time doing stuff together even if tis just clearing up after dinner but he just wont have it.
Its the creed I went by when the kids were all home, 10 mins drying up away from the distractions of TVs etc and a good chance to have little chats.

so nearly 10 months down the line but I am still washing up on my own

    Good afternoon:wave:

    Hope everyone is well.

We've just been for a mosey around a new show home, don't they look lovely with all the new wallpaper and coordinated cushions without finger prints and clutter. !!!

No intensional of moving, it's a bit of a hobby of mine...(sad I know) doesn't cost anything until I get home and start knocking down walks and rearranging things in my head:rotfl:

Not sure whether we will get that far. Just taking picnic today.

Caravan needs setting up properly and we have never done it before, really just going over to get it level and give it a good clean and take some bits in readiness.

Mr TS will probably go over tomorrow to put awning up as his family will be out at theirs. We have no idea what we are doing. :o :rotfl:

Good luck with that if you don't know what you are doing:) when we were younger mum and dad had a touring caravan... Even went as far as France with it. Putting up the awning was always grounds for divorce for my parents, they argued about it every time we put it up:eek: me and my sister just stood under each corner holding it up with aching arms whilst they complained at each other:eek:

    Ooooh such happy memories:eek::rotfl:

I am writing various shopping lists as usual, none of which are very spectacular, don't have the courage to try OS cos of the mixed results.

so burgers are still Ok - seem to think they were working yesterday???

Also on mys it says Del Monte orange juice is £2 for 2 in Morribobs and I've got 2 mailing MOCs so a possible filler - only seems to be orange though.
    Please can anyone confirm?

I always have problems with fillers for a !!!!!! v Morribob shop - even the usual single vegs give me trouble.
    Please has anyone any suggestions?

Ive got a bigger TPP and a conditional spend to use so I thought I might do burgers, 3 Finest vintage farmhouse cheese and delmonte plus fillers for the first shop
    - do Morribob sell Golden Wonder crisps, I have a mailing MOC for them.

Does anyone know the barcode of the daisy tabs that were reduced and are they safe to do on this shop?
