Well little man has just worked out how to open it!!!

So are plug guards...I came downstairs one day and 2yo DS had taken a knife out of the dishwasher and had prised the guard out of the socket

Congratulations tinyshoes I am so happy and relieved for you that the bungalow has been sold. I hope you enjoy your tea.
Mortgage debt 45,000. Thank you all for your help so far in helping me save to buy the house. I could not have done this without all your help.

Nah it was on a innocuous looking estate near the dreaded Dome roundabout, but close enough. Fascinating workshop though :)

I know what you mean, I have a love/hate relationship with London hence why I take a lot of jobs out of it. I had a scary moment last Friday/Saturday, my job ends up in Soho every night and there was a bunch of guys lingering around my workplace at 3am and one of them asked if I would like to hold his male chicken. I not so politely told him to 'do one' and he became a bit aggressive. Luckily an ambulance was nearby (well not so lucky for the drunkard on the floor who'd been hit by a rickshaw) and one of the paramedics warned him off.

Agreed, that level is  it gets worse but better. I'm on 545 now :D

I gave up with fridge locks with my son - he broke 5 before he was 2 :eek: As for plugpoints we just trusted to the safeties within the sockets and avoided making them look attractive by covering them, we also moved furniture in front of them when we could. So funny seeing how creative they are having to be with my grandson, he takes after his father:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    Afternoon:)

Was just lurking but had to come on and say yay tinyshoes:T:T:T:T I'm so pleased you have exchanged as its awful when someone else has control of your future...I will raise a glass in wishing you all the best and having your life back and doing things for yourself :A x

    Thanks ILTS. :)

You are so right you have no control and it is soul destroying.

I am going to try hard and look to the future now. I found a bottle of bubbly (Ts prosecco) still chilling in the fridge round the bungalow, think tonight is the night to open it. :D

    Thanks streetlights. :)

Think I just have enough days to clear the freezer around there before completion. :o

Not sure about the cheese in the fridge though, there is still quite a few of those little truckles and some port and stiltons. I forget they are there.

Truckles do not have to be kept in the fridge, the wax keeps them well enough, just keep them as cool as you can.
