No hulahoops in my A
Walkers x 20 were 2 for £5 as well so I got two of those instead. Not glitchy but still a reasonable price and as they are all cheese and onion, no dud flavours to argue over0 -
just noticed this over on the dark side - £1 for 3kg Homepride flour
possibly all tesco expresses

The crisps were 2 for £5 but multibuy didn’t come off at the till. I argued with CS and asked for a manager. I don’t normally wish to draw attention to myself but I’m sick of their bull***t excuses such as “you cannot mix and match brands. The Walkers are in their own bay and other crisps in a different bay” I asked how is the customer supposed to know that when they’re right next to each other???!!! I also pointed out that you can mix and match different types of toiletries on different ailes. The manager agreed I could have the 2 for £5 so refunded the difference but unfortunately I wasn’t offered a gift card and I didn’t have the cheek to ask0 -

Nothing cheeky about it. It's your right and is part of your 'contract' when shopping with them that they will give you that £2 gift card if they've overcharged you.
I'd be phoning As CS and explaining it to them and they'll more than likely be offering you a minimum £5 goodwill0 -

Wow thanks for this useful info. I've just done it to reply to your post :rotfl:. Wonder if Aau knew this  I'm guessing he does as he knows everything hehe.
I do but its more work than how i do it
When i do a catch up i dont do multi-quote (because it only quotes. 3 messages and i usually want to reply to more than that.)
If i see something i want to reply to on iphone i press and hold. "quote" then "open in new window". If i'm on laptop it's just right click/new tab
Then when i'm caught up i go through all the extra tabs that i 've opened and either reply or just close. (If an answer was given by the time i caught up)
Each time i post a reply i close that tab so that only the original tab is open. Then i refresh that and carry on reading to see what was posted between me catching up and posting my replies
That saves me wasting everybodys time by reposting an answer thats already been given
Doing it your way i would have to scroll back up to the top of a message after reading it. Then the message would open in another tab and i would still have to move onto another page to answer. Easier to just hit "quote" once you've read it IMHOApparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0
