Sorry been working this morning and just checked my emails to see scholastic book sale started this morning. Its on the main thread, apologises if someone already posted on here but this is a great deal so will stand repeating.....
http://sale.scholastic.co.uk/
They have Klutz books which are great value as party prezzies and books for age ranges. This year they seem to have fewer 0-5years I thought.
I can thoroughly recommend them - always good quality, always prompt. Now have to store the blighters til Xmas ....
The other lovely thing is you can get these books read them and sell them at car boot for £1 as rrp on back) but you only paid a £1 - my DS rattles through them and good with books so easily get £1 for them, even 50p good return for a read.
Also to those with Jacqueline Wilson fans - the hardback books for Sapphire Battersea etc are excellent value - still £5 in supermarkets and much higher elsewhere.
Shout out to all may benefit -
Logie - I know this helped last year so hope you have time to catch up .. will pm but if anyone is able to text her she can check before they run out of stock.
Nerfdad, Mrs Stink, Choirchick, Faireclaire et al ....
Lutzi1 - there are more whiteboard teaching materials here
so don't know if your DD would be interested. And anyone with peeps doing a teacher training course in primary age range.
Hope this helps ...0 -
