Help with ANPR car park

Hi
I recently successfully got my Parking Notice fee waived from G24 for overstaying in a car park. I sent the appeals letter and also copies of receipts. I unfortunately got another for parking in my local shopping centre, the Orchard Centre in Didcot. It is an ANPR car park (and does have a big banner at the entrance). I overstayed by 18 minutes, without releasing. My question is, do I still have a chance at winning an appeal against them. In my previous appeal letter I mention that their signage does not comply with BPA Code of Practice - but seeing as they do have a big banner and pay machines dotted around, I can't really put that can I? Sorry, I'm no expert at this whatsoever but don't want to cave and pay the fee......
Thanks for anyone who reads & replies!!

Yes you can appeal, its not just the signage at fault here, but the whole pay £100 for being a few minutes late, its a penalty which means it can be appealed against and won. If G24 don't allow the appeal you can go to popla that will allow it with our help.

Please read the sticky thread by coupon mad, in her first post there is appeal wording that you should use, once they reject come back here for help with popla.

Thanks, should've said it's with Senator Security Services that this new parking charge is with. If I pay now it'll be £25 and if not then it increases to£80. I again have receipts for stores I visited whilst parked so could send them also.

Thanks, I will have a look at that thread.

Okay, I have looked at CouponMad's thread but it still says on there about the signage not complying etc etc BUT I am wondering whether to pay that in the letter or not because they do have a large banner at the entrance to car park (plus in their PCN they mention how they have clear signage throughout the car park)....

    Any ideas?

Yes leave it in the appeal, its not just the signage having to be prominent positions, but it has to comply with the bpa on what it says

The template can be used for any case of any parking charge notice, so just send it.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
