6 month broadband contract

Hi I was just wondering if anyone could help,

My housemate and I are moving into a 2 bed apartment and are looking for relatively cheap (but good) broadband. We aren't fussed about having a phone (although I know that most broadbands have line rental) and we're only staying for 8 months, so wanted to find a good contract with good broadband but not have to pay for it once we've moved out.

Neither of us are particularly clued up about it and don't want to be taken for a ride by phoning individual broadband companies.

Please help

Doubtful, most if not all are 12 or 18 months.

Plusnet have a rolling contract with 1 months notice, costs more per month than their tie-in deals of course.
