My passport ran out a year or two ago.
With all these exclusions, I really don;t know who I could ask in future.
Do you need signed photos to renew an expired passport? The page linked to above suggests not....
You must get your application form and 1 photo signed if you’re applying for:
your first adult or child passport
a replacement for a lost, stolen or damaged passport
a renewal of a passport for a child aged 11 or under
a renewal of a passport if your appearance has changed and you can’t be recognised from your existing passport0 -

A, you dont need to unless your appearance has changed significantly
B, have you looked at the list? Its massive now. Even has very loose things on there like "a director, manager or HR personnel of a VAT registered company or charity". You dont know anyone whos a manager in any company?0 -

I had to get someone to sign to say a photo was a true likeness of me for the Open University (can't remember why). I worked for a bank at the time and the signature of 'a bank official' (so anyone who worked for a bank) was acceptable for a passport application but not on the OU's list. When I phoned them to say I was having trouble they advised me to go to my local police station and ask someone there to sign. They said it didn't matter that they didn't know me!3 stone down, 3 more to go0 -
The're still in as "member, associate or fellow of a professional body" (ie the BMA, RCS etc). IIRC they asked to be taken out because GPs were fed up of patients asking
In a way though... If you've got to book an appointment to see the GP simply to have a photo signed.. not great use of the service is it?
I can see why Doctors would find it disruptive and wasteful.:www: Progress Report :www:

What is the job and the company? I wouldn't be supplying something like this, just for an interview.0
