            http://internet-speedtest.net/ is the site which the firm I worked for recommended, for customers with speed issues.
close any other windows & programs, and have router plugged direct into main wall socket for best results..
chart results a few times each day, to see if any spikes / dips.
If consistently less tan expected, check the adsl filters are ok, or ask for a signal regrade- should be free, and may improve your connection.Long time away from MSE, been dealing real life stuff..
