Vehicle Control Security LTD parking 'Fine'

after my wife dropped my son of at my mums yesturday she returned to the car to find a PCN 'fine' stuck to the drivers window (its my car so wasnt happy).
the place she parked is a private factory car park behind my parents house, it closes at 6pm so parking up at 18.54 for 15minutes didnt seem like an issue considering everyone had left (issued at 19.04).
theres no lighting around there so she couldnt see any signage.
the company thats issued the 'fine' is Vehicle Control Services LTD.
Ive read through all the advice in this forum such as Coupon-mads walkthrough and decided to wait until i recieve the first 'Threat' before appealing.
i was just wondering if anyone had dealt with these clowns before??
are they going to be as awkward as expected?
and is there any more advice/ guidence that i need to know?
many thanks
Gaz

    Hi Gaz,
Yes many other posters have had invoices from VCS.
If you search the forum using VCS you will be able to research other posts dealing or having dealt with this company - check the dates though and don't look at anything over about 6 months old

Don't worry VCS will be easy enough to beat as long as you follow the forum advice about what to include in your 1st appeal - don't base it on circumstantial points,

Once you've sent your 1st appeal expect them to send a template computerised reply pretending they have to know who was driving

To which you reply and refuse, threaten to report them to the BPA if they don't send you your POPLA code

you might find this flow chart useful
