I have quickly made a flow chart for people to follow when issued with a PCN. What do people think? Will it be of any help?

its an excellent piece of work, but hasnt considered an online popla appeal unless my myopic eyes missed it ?
also the popla code is known as a VERIFICATION CODE
we are gonna need a BIGGER BOX , lol0 -
It hasn't, but thats kind of on purpose because POPLA has a character limit on online appeals. I'm open to criticism however, and will add it. I also haven't included online appeals for the PPC's.0

but if you read what lazydaisy said a few days ago the popla appeal can be just a few lines in their box telling them that the actual popla appeal is attached
the problem you talk about is when people use the actual online box and copy and paste the appeal into it , instead of saying , please see attached popla appeal0 -
I will think of a way to edit it to reflect that0

typo - add an r to you in the large box opening sentence and change the O to o in COde
otherwise looks very good now0 -

That's good work. I would add a route because not all PPCs are in the BPA - and so POPLA isn't the only ADR.
And have you seen the pepipoo versions by emanresu?

No I hadn't seen it, I shall have a look. I suppose I could just edit it to POPLA/the IPC Appeals Service.0
