Hi ,
wondering if some1 can help.....currently have unlimited Sky BB, currently free as I have sports & movies (which i have both at the mo half price
The deal i've got runs out in a couple months & maybe want to downgrade to the broadband LITE pkg they offer.
My questions is why can't i monitor my usage even though i have an unlimited plan?
They say you dont need to worry as its unlimited but why should i pay for something that i may not be using to its full potential. I use the internet for day to day tasks & use it occasionally for streaming & online gaming.
Surely they need to allow me to monitor my usage regardless of package?

There is nothing stopping you montoring your usage. However, there is also no obligation on them to provide you the tools to do so - you may need to organise that yourself.0
