O2 rewards number...

Gah I have about a fiver waiting for me in rewards for this month and I can't remember the number to claim! Anyone help?

could it be 313 you're looking for to claim before 4th july

if you go to the o2.co.uk website and search REWARDS it should help... you can call 313 or send a text saying CLAIM to 50202 ... it can be done anytime after you have received notification...I have yet to receive my July text notification so I have just emailled them...

i havent got my rewards text yet either! have they replied to your email?

i called 313 and claimed my reward but i dont know how much it is. but it should come through in 48 hours!

I'm happy to tell you that it's time to claim your reward and you'll soon
receive a text asking you to call 313 to claim your calltime credit.
If you've not already received a text inviting you to claim please reply to my
email with the information below and I'll investigate further for you:
- Full Name
- Mobile number
- Password on account (if set)
- Three numbers that you call or send text messages to regularly
- Date, amount and method of last top-up
Once we have received this information, we will be able to help you with your
enquiry.
I then replied and sent a random Claim text to 50202. They responded...

I can see a text was sent on the 12 June 2007 "O2 Rewards: From 4 July u can claim ur reward which as of 10/06/07 is £3.50. Call 313 free 4info Remember u get 10% back on all top-ups so keep topping-up!" I'm unsure as to why another text was not sent to you. I'm pleased to see you've managed to claim your reward on your phone.
A bit lengthy, I'm sure several people were affected by this... you can always send a BALANCE text to 50202 to get a balance...

i rang again the other day as i never received my reward the automated said it was running behind then within a couple of hours i received my reward so i got my kid's to ring 313 again .. they all got same automated message then got the reward put on same as me couple of hours later so if you hav already rang previously but not received reward it wont do any harm to ring again
