Is there a Scottish Power rep on this forum ?
If so - I would appreciate a hand ensuring that I obtain the £135 warm homes rebate, that I requested before the rules changed at the end of last year....

    I enquired about the same by e mail last week and got a reply back today which told me it would be added or deducted from my next bill.

    Both my mum and myself applied for the discount.Hers is showing as credited on the 25th of March.She is a pensioner,on pension credit and got it last year so no problem there.

    However i applied for the first time last year on the grounds of our total income and my husband over 62 which is what the application form states.Needless to say we have not received it yet and so it looks unlikely now.Typical Scottish Power c**k up.

    Company reps are not allowed access to the PM system, for obvious reasons.

    It clearly states on their website that credit will be applied by 31/3/14-so it should be on your account by today.
