Well, from thinking it was a waste of time applying i am now a happy bunny. It has dawned on me that my Mum's showed on her account AFTER i had input her readings so they could make up a bill.I do mine every month now anyway after last year when they were estimating it early. As soon as they took the readings and it showed how much i had used up in credit, the warm home discount was applied so i an now well in credit!

So obviously if you have not input meter readings lately I would do so and then you will see if the £135 has ben credited.

under what category did you apply for it ? Age,benefits, etc?

Strange that you haven't got it.

Have you checked on the balance part of your account which shows your latest readings, credit left etc.And is it correct still having that amount of credit after the bill amount has been taken?
