BT offer - existing customers - freebie and reduction

Hiya everyone. For any existing BT broadband customers who fancy a freebie, I was offered the following today when calling for my MAC code (to cancel). Reduced monthly payment (£13.99 instead of £17.99) and free installation and equipment for BT vision. Not bad for a freebie if you want to stay with BT.

Remember to check how long the new contract is for and how much the full payments will be in a few months time.

Also bear in mind the low download limits and the awful speeds a lot of BT users are experiencing and of course don't forget the poor standard of the offshore call centres.

isnt that the same for all providers who use offshore call centres?

Ahhh, shame I have been telling people about this for a while now, as well as the discounts on other broadband tariffs......;)

Possibly, but my own experience of BTs call centres has been very poor.

There are some ISPs who use UK call centres, although I don't suppose they offer BT Vision.
