    If you really want to go for this by post, then you could try Touchnote. Take a photo of yourselves and use that.

    We've used it for postcards, and no-one's complained of any junk mail from them! You enter the names and addresses into your own touchnote account, so you're not exactly handing them over.

    This so wouldn't happen, providing you used a half decent company (and you can usually tell based on the website they have) then they would comply with data protection laws and not even store your address let alone use it for unsolicited marketing purposes! I work for a company that will be launching a service doing (as well as other things) exactly what the OP wanted- shame it'll be too late!
