Hi Spy (with my little eye)
:rotfl:
That sounds right to me. In the past I could swear that a 5 point Fitbug day has cancelled out a 10 point gym visit, leaving me with only 5 points. But either way, you can't get over 10 points a day.

Hi
I only joined pru for free gym memebership which ive had for past year - great!
Ive read posts but i cant figure out the answer.
I was told on the phone by pruhealth in July 08 that i shouldnt cancel my gym membership due to November change news, but should get to platinum status, up until last week on their site my vitality points showed only 150 points to get to platinum status, easy.
logged in yesterday and says to maintain gold need 1300! My renewal was last week so got letter stating my premiums etc.
Have i been given wrong info, did the renewal date stop me from reaching platinum, dont get it.
Will phone monday but want some info beforehand so i can challenge this.0 -

I've just phoned Pruhealth as I've been trying to register my eBay account through the member's zone so I can get more points but it just comes up with a page of coding. If there are any other problems with the website, make sure you let them know as they are going through the process of making sure everything works properly (interestingly enough their points query page also doesn't work!)
Also anyone with Boots Health insurance wondering how to book the eye test to get 25 points....I finally got a response from Pruhealth and they sent me this message....
Please contact Boots on 0845 120 4343 to make a booking for an Eye Test. To locate your nearest store you can visit: http://www.bootsopticians.co.uk/storelocator/ .
