Only been with Sky for 5 months. The past few weeks kept loosing broadband connection. Phoned them numerous times and still not fixed. Spoke to them tonight again and have to wait up tp at least 72 hrs after they do a 24 hour line check. Asked why this wasn't done after my first few phone calls when they had done the usual checks over the phone, couldn't answer me. Contract finishes with them in October but would like to know if I have any right to cancel the contract before then. Really regret changing over to them. Wish I had stayed with Virgin. Any advice would be greatful. Thanks.
