last week i called orange as i felt i was overpaying for what i was getting (200mins,unlim txt, 500meg) £21.00
Spoke to a guy in an overseas call centre who said i could have 1000mins, unlim txt 250meg data for £11.99!.(i'm currently only using about 150meg) sounded to good to be true.
called back the day after to find out when the new plan would be active and i was told that i only had 500mins! i was not happy and asked that the initial call be listened back, i was told that i would get a call back in 2 days with an answer.
2 days later,, no call back so i rang myself...spoke to a guy who had difficulty understanding my welsh accent, asked him to listen to the call, he then put me on hold, went off to speak to his manager. 10 minutes later he came back and gave me 500 more minutes without listening to the call!
Very happy with the deal...almost half what i was paying...wish i had done it 7 months ago as i only have 5 months left, would have saved over £60.

Hopefully when my contract ends they'll up the data on this deal and i'll gladly stay.
