I second JIL's suggestion of looking at the puds on grocery challenge
I love the micro sponge puds found on there,also the milk jelly made with jelly and evaporated milk.
Love simple bananas and custard too.Or simply fruit and evaporated milk:D
I usually Just have a piece of fresh fruit(or two!!)0 -
