Hi I received my final bill from Tesco,it says -£27.45, the email said they would take this from me on the 25th(today).can anyone advise what this means?.thanks.

just to update this,i checked my internet banking everday to check if my refund was in......no.today I emailed Tesco and low and behold my account shows a refund due and it will be in my bank within 5 working days,when if ever where they planning on returning it!0
