Firstly I am annoyed that the coop would offer to pay off these bullies when I told them that I bought a parking ticket to cover the time I had stayed. But it seems they are not just not interested in the moral details of all of this.
Not as annoyed as I am, I am a member, that is my dividend they are trousering.
I think, since the Rev Flowers debacle, morality and the Co-op are not concepts which go hand in hand. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
The problem is that they are obviously trying to get out of the contract as CEL are an unethical and downright scum of a company, the coop has got burned with this I think, and it's cheaper to pay them their scam invoice rather than having coop customers in court.
Probably CEL has cottoned onto this and are sending out claims to every coop customer as they have a very high chance of getting it paid. You need to understand that CEL probably doesn't even have permission to issue court claims, but that won't stop them. It certainly didn't stop parking eye with SomerfieldWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.

Yes look at them but not hijack them, sorry but you need to keep to your own thread as it confuses people if there is more than one issue per thread, especially where small claims are involved. When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you.
