just looked at my online account, and 500 points have been added! just waiting on my health insurance ones now!

Just looked at my account as well, and 1000 points have been added for my savings account opened last month, which looks like I can now close, lol.

I called up on 7 July, and still not had my 500 points yet, but I think it might be something like a 28 day maximum wait, so I'll check next week.

Having seen others have got their points I've chased mine - the rep said that they don't go on till November's statement (which agrees with Martin's first page t&cs but not with the evidence on the thread!) but mine aren't a good example as apparently I fell foul of putting both my husband and myself on the quote.

When I pointed out that I'd queried this at the time and the guy had still said I'd qualify for points they agreed to put them on now, ready for the Nov statement.

Some people haven't received the points on their August statement - I haven't - just emailed them to ask why...

I've not received mine yet either. I thought there was something about the points being added within 28 days.

But if it has to be added before the November statement then I'll probably just wait and see what happens in the meantime, and then give them a call in October so that they can be added on the November statement.

If the T&Cs state that it will be in the November statement or earlier, then they're just covering themselves against people expecting it in the August statement when it's not processed in time.
