Have found receipt!!!
Yippee, with emi numbers on. Will see what hubby wants to do. We won't be using them again anyway. It is just a case of proving we have done nothing wrong. :lovethoug0 -
CEX are honestly not a good place when anything goes goes even slightly wrong, my experience up until december 2013 was reasonable.
In December 2013 I purchased some RAM from the CEX close to me as it was a good deal, on the same day I returned the item as it was faulty and the staff there point blank refused to refund me until I joined their "club".
So after a lot of raised voices because I wanted my money back I joined, then after I get my card statement I find they have refunded me not the full purchase price.
The staff including the manager there were a disgrace to be honest.
Maybe not all stores are the same because they are franchises, but so are cash generator and so far cash generator seem to be more open and much easier to do business with with friendlier staff (just my own opinion):(0 -
I expect one of their staff makes a few quid on the side from his slightly dubious mates. Your phone probably got swapped for a stolen one.0

We went to them as we thought it would be easier than ebay, seems we were wrong.
Think i'll just bin any old mobiles from now on.
Why bin old mobiles, there are other avenues to sell mobiles eg cash converters., theres them sites like envirofone who give you cash for them.0 -

Once you've received a reply from their Wecare team they can give you an exact reason to why your account was banned

I can think of worse things than being banned from CeX.
