T mobile billing down?
Anyone having problems accessing T mobile bills?
I renewed two mobile sim-only contracts last month. I was happy with the price quoted so I then took a third line.
My first bill arrived and they charged me an early termination charge. I phoned to question it as I hadn't terminated and was told it would be refunded in the next bill.
Saturday I received a text to say my bill was ready. I've tried about 6 or 7 times to log in since then and cannot access my bill. I can see a total, which is around £20 more than I expected, but of course without seeing the detail I don't know why. It looks like it is all going horribly wrong....................

I spent some time on the phone this morning- was promised a pdf of my bill by email but it hasn't arrived. Apparently there has been a problem setting me up on the billing system
It looks like there were several errors on the bill, although one thing that was mentioned was a porting charge. Has anyone ever heard of a charge to port a number in?0 -
Yep, website not working at all. First it throws a security exception then when you say its OK all it does is go back to the login page. Even clicking on forgot password etc just refreshed the login page.0
