    L

I really was :) it was non stop from 9am - 8pm queuing and waiting lol, my feet are only just recovering.

I have the con blues and am loaded with cold (also something that happens after conventions lol, I guess being in a space with all those people there are bound to be germs passed on lol)

I feel so sad that I am not there anymore meeting all the lovely people again, I am trying to pull myself out of it, as it's silly I know, especially as me and OH are planning to go back next year.

I have one of those terramundi jars (that we were given when I was pregnant with my son which has never been used) and I've decided to put £50 a month in it (at least, might chuck spare change into it as well) then me and OH will have at least £600 spends (if the savings all go to plan) I have the money already to buy the tickets for the convention (which go on sale next sat), so it's just spends and hotel I need to save for. I was going to just transfer it to one of the online savings accounts we have but then I didn't want to as it's too easy to take back out if we are short one month, and I don't want us to be left with no spending money, so if something did crop up it would force me to have a rethink.

Not much planned today, waiting for @sda to come right now, think I've got a little bit to overpay, will need to see when it comes.

And DS as swimming lesson this afternoon, need to get my daughters name down for lessons, but I need to wait till after our hols in June as we can't pull another £75 a month out of the money till after June (well we could but it would mean barely overpaying which I don't want, whereas after June we can as we won't be putting savings away from CP anymore)

And two of the cards are due to lose their 0% in July and Aug, one of our old cards has sent us a 0% offer which runs out end of April, so I know it's earlier than needs to be but think I will BT those two cards over to it near the end of April (just incase we don't get offered another one closer to the time)

Have a good day all xx

Also I think OH is due a Payrise from 01/04/17, as he was promoted last year and therefore moved to the bottom of his new pay scale whereas he was at the top of the old one so just received the minimum increase of (I think( 1%

I have a payrise coming in end of July wage of about £20 a month after tax, so that will be helpful as well :) xx

  • Hi Kind,

Sorry about your friend, big hugs to you, it's hard when we lose someone close, family or not xxx

Looks like you had an amazing time at the convention, love the photos.

Well done on the overpayment, you're doing brilliantly.

    Thank you purple xx

How is everyone on this sunny sunday. The weather is so nice here! I think I might be able to actually get the washing out on the line, makes sense to seeing as my heating is off (as the house is wam enough) so they certainly won't dry on the radiators lol

Not much going on here, I had a terrible sleep (came back from the convention with a cold, it's now at tickly cough stage which is driving me mad)

DS needs to do his homework, both kids need a bath, and other than prepping sunday dinner and a little tidy there isn't much to be done. Might get a chance to finish loom knitting OH's hat

Have a good day all xx

Thank you :) yeah I think they must be? it's an awesome age isn't it!!!

HANSON ARE COMING TO THE UK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They just announced a world tour, they are only doing one date in each European country (which isn't normal, they usually do at least 4 in the UK), so me and OH are going to see them in London on the 10th June :)

I have bought the concert tickets, just this morning bought the train tickets, and my brother travels with work a lot and had a ton of hilton points, so he has used some of his points and booked us into the Hilton for the night for a early birthday present for me :) SOOOOOOO excited, not seen a Hanson concert since Autumn 2013

And tomorrow the tickets go on sale for walker stalker London 2018, so need to buy them as well

Such an expensive month this month, thank god it was all budgeted for lol (except Hanson but we had money I was able to use for that)

Have a good day all xx
