Hi,
i Received a parking notice from NGP back in December for £100 as i exceeded max stay. It was a Saturday and i stayed for 2 hours, think it may have been match day.
I ignored as thought it was ridiculous. Recently got a letter from Roxburge debt collectors requesting £160.
Not sure what to do? can I appeal or should I just ignore the letters? Have these guys got the power to take me to court and register a CCJ against me if I ignore?
any advice would be great
thanks

Yes have read numerous threads and have seen mixed responses.
As I am at debt collector stage, can I still appeal. I called asda who own the car park and they say there are signs stating limit during match days is 90 minutes.
Have i got any grounds for appeal based on this?0 -
Have you actually read this thread? Because the answers to all your questions are in it!0

you can appeal any time you like , but your right to appeal expired 28 days after the NTK which you should have appealed immediately and not ignored (if in england or wales that is)
debt recovery can be ignored as there is nothing they can do
the landowner or his legally appointed agent can take you to court , the NGP could try taking you to court as well, but they would have to prove their case , if you lost and didnt pay up , the court would issue a CCJ (in england or wales)
ideally you get the landowner to cancel the ticket in the first place, so maybe asda
all this is already covered in this NEWBIES thread so you clearly didnt read it properly
no need to read other threads , this one tells you all the current correct information0 -

Already all covered in the debt collector section - and in the part about 'if you think you are too late to appeal' in the Newbies sticky FAQs thread this post started on. No need to read 'numerous (old) threads' when surely you've already read the Newbies sticky you posted on?!
Roxburghe haven't got that power, no. IGNORE THEM but respond if NGP send a Letter before Claim or court papers (very rare).Have these guys got the power to take me to court and register a CCJ against me if I ignore?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
