VIKING DIRECT- Free Food Hamper with £30 spend

Hi folks,

Gift Cards take upto 5 days to arrive apparently, so don't worry - it's normal NOT to have received them!
There probably wont be a dispatch email for those, but i'm not certain.
My hamper apparently was delivered to a neighbour, i had to ring up and get the info cos they never left me a card!
Hopefully i can find my flapjacks tomorrow. Probably for the best tho, i'd have eaten half the hamper tonight if i'd had it

I haven't had a despatch email, it's my first order and going to my work address so worried it will take so long they'll have time to cancel it

I've just rang (got lovely hamper, but no gift cards) and they confirmed they take 5 days t arrive from the company that sends them out. Viking doesn't actually stocks gifts cards

You get a dispatch e-mail on the morning your order is due to be delivered. If you've selected delivery for today, log in to your account and check the order status.

Did that already, logging in provides no info at all. I think the first order to a non-billing address is going to delay it.

That sounds a bit odd. If you log in and then hover your cursor over the words 'My Account' at the top of the page, you should see a summary including 'My last order'. Clicking on that automatically gives an update.

I was supposed to get mine today but no dispatch email. I contacted them and they said that because some people have cancelled their gift card orders after getting their hampers they won't send any more hampers out now until the gift cards have been delivered, which will be 5 working days. So if you haven't got your hamper already don't expect it until around middle of next week.
