Just telephoned them as unable to make it work. This must have been a glitch in their system as gift cards are in the exclusions for such offers and I was told this has been the situation for a long time.


Couldn't persuade the nice young man to override for me!

Hi Loonytoons - Did you receive your gift cards in your box? I'm just about to phone Customer Services to ask about my cards as they were not included. The invoice did not have a quantity number against the cards but had an asterisk - oops, just noticed in tiny writing that there is a line further down which says: * Indicates this item is out of stock and will be despatched as soon as stock is available.

I had already checked over the whole invoice (I thought! lol) and, just as I was typing this, I cast my eye over it again and found what the asterisk related to. I was not going to submit this comment but decided to leave it just in case anyone else has the same problem. I think we must have depleted their stocks with such a fab offer!

It says they'll be sent separately from the supplier. My order turned into 2 order numbers.

Just received my hamper and I'm really pleased. The best freebie I've had this year by far. No reference to the gift cards on my invoice. Think I'll leave it a few days and then call if they don't turn up.

My Topcashback doesn't seem to have tracked although it is there on Clicks to Merchants. I only ordered 2 cards and the other part of my order came to £20.87 before VAT so I should have got TCB for that part. It might still appear though as they don't all appear right away. We were lucky then in getting the free hamper. Just proves........the right place at the right time!

Just to say I too received my hamper today, very pleased. I had ordered 3 gift cards but they weren't in the package. I phoned customer support who told me they will be sent out separately, I will receive them 31 March (Monday). Hope this helps.

If I remember rightly, when orders are sent in 2 or more separate parts Viking tend to send separate invoices with each part. So this is normal

Mine arrived today too so amazing service. I can vouch for the flapjacks as we have already scoffed them. Am putting the other bits away to make a Mother's Day gift as I ordered one of those typography bags on another MSE offer somebody posted.

Thanks people who posted about the gift cards as was slightly concerned that they were not in the order.
