Try closing your browser then opening it going via the link OP gives in the first post of this thread.

Thanks op. I've placed an order and received a confirmation email, but no money shows as pending from my bank account. Do you think they don't take or put a hold on the money until the orders ready to be shipped?

Sounds as if you might have opened a credit account with them rather than using a debit/credit card or Paypal....?

Thanks Teal, I clicked the box to choose which type of debit/credit card mine was and then filled in the card details. I'm going to check my account details again.


I've just checked and it's definitely not a credit account. I used my debit card and chose not to save the details.

I paid with paypal and I got notification emails straight away and the payment is showing on my account.

Also this morning I got the dispatch emails as well.

Does anyone know what carrier they use?

My hamper arrived via UPS this morning and I presume gift cards will come via Royal Mail soon.
