Three 321 - No itemized billing or any billing info at all?

Seems that Three wants to remain inscrutable regarding billing.

For example, I wanted to analyze my/the missus' usage to see if it was worth moving from Three PAYG to a Three contract.

So poked about the Three phone app, cannot see any kind of usage breakdown there. The Three portal https://my3.three.co.uk/mylogin/ has been down for days now it seems. Leastwise when I try it in IE or FF.

So, is it normal for Three to not show you any info to check your pay as you go billing?

    I have never had itemised billing on PAYG.

    Im on 3 PAYG and im happy topping up £15 every month. i know what i get for £15 i can get the same for £12.90. but is it worth it??

    IIRC, it was itemised at Ovivo.

    Yes Ovivo RIP had many great features!

    Also Virgin Mobile PAYG I had years ago had itemised billing online.

    Most phones will record call time, messages sent and data used. I've compared the data log on my phone with what 3 say i've used and they agree, so I believe their billing system is accurate. There's a bit of a delay sometimes though, the data counter isn't in real time
