I had until recently a Samsung Galaxy Ace 2 and had it set up so when a new call or text came in it would speak who was calling - ie 'new message from xxxxx' or 'telephone number/name'. I have now got a Galaxy Ace 3 and am trying to set it up to do the same but cant work it out?!

thanks

Not sure if it's exactly the same so it might come under driving mode.

On my Samsung it is Settings > My device > Hands Free Mode

And then the hands free mode has a few other little settings and one of them is read out senders information, etc. also try accessibility settings as there is a talkback feature.

It's called Driving Mode on my son's Galaxy S2, so it probably is that option you want.
